 POLICY DESCRIPTION

Aries 5, 10, 15, 20 and 30 by U.S. Financial Life Insurance Company, feature level guaranteed rates for 5, 10, 15, 20 and 13 years, respectively. They are guaranteed renewable to age 95 and provide insured with an opportunity for conversion or reentry.



 
 CONVERSION FEATURE

During the first 10 years, you have the guaranteed right to convert this term policy to any of U.S. Financial's permanent cash-value universal or whole life plans prior to age 70



 
 AVAILABLE OPTIONS
Spousal Discount Not Available
Childrens Insurance Provides level term insurance for insured's legally adopted or natural children who are 15 days to 17 years old at issue. (Coverage continues to child's age 25.) Children born to the insured or newly adopted will be covered after they reach 15 days of age. This coverage terminates on the policy anniversary date on or after insured's 65th birthday. Maximum coverage per child is $10,000. Premium is $9 per $1000 annually
Accelerated Death Benefit Not Available
Waiver of Option Available through issue age 55 (50 for the 30-year plan). Expires on the policy anniversary on or following insured's 60th birthday. (There is only one schedule of rates for this benefit-available on illustration software.)
Accidental Death Option Not Available
